Shipping

All UK orders ship via insured next-day delivery at no charge, dispatched within 10–14 working days of the order being placed (stock pieces) or 4–8 weeks (bespoke commissions). International orders ship via DHL Express in 5–7 working days, fully insured. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery country.

A signature is required for all deliveries. The recipient must be over 18.

Returns

Stock pieces may be returned in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All packaging, certificates, and accompanying documentation must be returned with the piece.

Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and rings that have been resized are non-returnable. Earrings can only be returned if they remain in factory-sealed packaging (UK hygiene regulation).
