Insured, tracked and beautifully packed — wherever you are.
UK delivery
Every UK order is sent by complimentary insured next-day delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or DPD), signature required. Ready-to-ship pieces leave the atelier within one working day; made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 10–14 working days. Insured Saturday delivery is available for £15.
Collect from the atelier
Choose "Collect from our Hatton Garden atelier" at checkout and we will email you when your piece is ready. Please bring photo ID.
International delivery
We ship insured worldwide with DHL Express for £45, complimentary on orders over £2,500. Prices are shown including UK VAT; for deliveries outside the UK, VAT is removed at checkout and local duties and taxes may be payable on arrival.
Returns & exchanges
Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, unworn and in their original packaging. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days to cancel any distance purchase; made-to-order, resized, engraved or bespoke pieces are personalised to you and are therefore exempt, except where faulty.
To arrange a return, email hello@nurjewels.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid, insured returns label.
Resizing
Your first resize within 60 days is free of charge. Some eternity and fully set bands cannot be resized; we will always advise before you order.
