Every NUR piece is crafted in solid 18-carat recycled gold or platinum — never plated. Diamonds over 0.30ct are GIA-certified, and our coloured stones come with a gemmological report.
Yes. Our diamonds are Kimberley Process compliant and bought from suppliers who follow the RJC Code of Practices. Our sapphires are traced to the mine wherever possible — many come from small Australian and Montana producers.

Visit our Sizing & Care Guide for UK and US ring size charts and a converter. If you are between sizes, we recommend going up. You can also request a free ring sizer by post.
Your first resize within 60 days of delivery is free. Some eternity and fully set bands cannot be resized; we will always tell you before you order.
Clean gently with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush, and store pieces separately. Every NUR piece includes complimentary lifetime cleaning and claw checks at the atelier.
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within one working day by complimentary insured next-day delivery. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 10–14 working days.
Yes, with insured DHL Express delivery for £45, free on orders over £2,500. UK VAT is removed for non-UK deliveries; local duties may apply.
Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Made-to-order, resized, engraved or bespoke pieces are personalised and can only be returned if faulty. See Delivery & Returns.
Yes. Our atelier designs one-of-a-kind pieces to your brief. Consultations are free, and most bespoke pieces take four to six weeks from approved design to delivery.
Usually, yes. We will inspect the stone at a consultation and advise on the best setting to protect and show it off.
