The terms that apply when you shop with NUR.
These terms apply to all orders placed on this website with NUR Fine Jewellery Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, 25 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8BQ.
Orders & prices
All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20%. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch or, for made-to-order pieces, when production begins.
Gemstones & natural variation
Gemstones are natural and every stone is unique. Colour may vary slightly from the photographs; certified stones are supplied with their grading report.
Warranty
Every NUR piece carries a two-year manufacturing warranty and complimentary lifetime cleaning and claw checks. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
